Terms & Conditions
1. Scope of Services
The retainer includes only the services and monthly limits of your selected package. Extra work will be charged separately.
2. Monthly Deliverables
Unused requests or revisions cannot be carried forward to the next month.
3. Payment Terms
Payment must be made in advance.
Work starts after payment is received.
Fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
4. Turnaround Time
Turnaround begins after all required content and information are received.
5. Revisions
Only the revisions included in your package are covered. Extra revisions may incur additional charges.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide content, required information, and timely approvals to avoid delays.
7. Working Hours
Support is available Monday to Saturday during business hours.
8. Rush Requests
Urgent requests are subject to availability and may have additional charges.
9. Additional Work
Any work outside the selected package will be quoted separately.
10. Ownership & Copyright
Final design files will be delivered after full payment. Doozy Brands may showcase completed work in its portfolio.
11. Third-Party Costs
Printing, stock images, hosting, domains, ads, and other third-party costs are not included unless mentioned.
12.Communication
All project communication should be through the agreed communication channels.
13. Cancellation
Either party may cancel the retainer with 30 days' written notice.
14. Pausing the Retainer
Retainer services cannot be paused or carried forward unless approved by Doozy Brands.
15. Limitation of Liability
Doozy Brands is not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses..
16. Acceptance
By purchasing or renewing a retainer package, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
