1. Payment
100% advance payment is required before the project begins.
2. Scope
Package includes Business Card, Letterhead, and Envelope Design only. Printing and additional stationery items are charged separately.
3. Revisions
Unlimited revisions apply to the selected design concept only. Major redesigns or additional stationery items may incur extra charges.
4. Timeline:
Delivery will be made within the agreed timeline after receiving complete content, logo, and advance payment. Client delays may affect delivery.
5. Deliverables:
Final print-ready CMYK files and high-resolution source files will be provided after full payment.
6. Client Responsibility:
The client must verify all contact details, logos and other content before final approval.
Copyright of the finalized approved designs is transferred after full payment.
7. Ownership
Copyright of the finalized approved designs is transferred after full payment.
8. Printing:
Minor color variations between screen and printed output are normal.
9. Refunds:
Payments are non-refundable once the design process has started.
10. Acceptance:
Payment confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions.
